Defence technology and security company QinetiQ has appointed Dave Bradley group HR director.

He joins from the Royal Bank of Scotland, having also previously worked with a range of high-profile employers including supermarket Asda, BAA Heathrow and professional services firm Ernst & Young.

One of his first duties will be to work with QinetiQ’s newly-formed Employee Engagement Group (EEG), which represents all its employees in the UK through elected members.
