International recruitment consultancy Exsurgo has appointed Ed Coleman as principal consultant – consumer markets to its international consumer search business, soon to be rebranded as Capstone Search.

Coleman joins Exsurgo from TXT International, where he specialised in global executive search within FMCG/consumer markets, and recently relocated back to the UK having been based out of Buenos Aires for TXT.

Capstone Search will specialise in recruiting across all key functions of global retail and consumer markets. Alongside principal consultant Peter Gay (who joined from RK Supply Chain) last month, Adam Gleeson, a co-founding director of Exsurgo, will also be moving across into the new business.
