UK & IRELAND Appointments: BAE appoints Minella as HRD

Defence, security and aerospace firm BAE Systems has appointed Lynn Minella as group HR director (HRD), starting 11 June this year.

She will be based in London and will become a member of BAE’s executive committee.
Minella joins from US technical equipment and supplies firm company Air Products & Chemicals, where she is senior vice president of HR and communications.

She previously spent 22 years at tech firm IBM within various HR roles.
