Southern Fried Chicken looks to create 2,000 new jobs over next five years

Fast food chain Southern Fried Chicken (SFC) aims to launch 200 new stores across the UK, creating around 2,000 new jobs in the next five years.
The restaurant operates solely on a franchise model and operates in over 30 countries worldwide.
The drive comes following Southern Fried Chicken managing director, Andrew Withers’ appearance on Channel 4’s ‘Undercover Boss’, according to the company. Withers’ findings working on the shop floor has led him to go “on a mission to revive the SFC brand”.
