The latest Osborne Clarke/
Recruiter survey on merger & acquisition (M&A) activity in the recruitment sector
is now available online.
The survey will assess the trends in M&A for the recruitment sector over the next six months. All individual answers will be treated confidentially and the results will be published in
Recruiter.
If you are a chief executive, business owner, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, head of division or have responsibilities in M&A activity for your business, we would really appreciate your input.
Like last time (see
Recruiter 19 October 2011), we hope to attract respondents from across the sector, from SMEs to large agencies, to get the most accurate indicators of what is likely to be happening in the market in the coming months.
Frances Lewis, head of Osborne Clarke's recruitment sector team urges
Recruiter's readers to participate in the survey. "What we are starting to see is a bit more activity in M&A in the sector, with greater interest from overseas staffing businesses, particularly from the US, as well as continuing interest from private equity.
"This survey gives
Recruiter readers the opportunity to have their say, and to gauge whether this is a trend that everybody is noticing or whether these are isolated examples. It will also provide the industry with an invaluable feel for what is happening."
If you would like to take part in the research, please visit
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NWQ3LBS. The survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
The closing date for participating in the survey is Friday 15 June and results will be published in the next issue of Recruiter.
