Nearly half (45%) of IT jobseekers do not use generalist jobs boards at all, finds specialist IT jobsite CWJobs.co.uk in a survey of over 1,000 candidates.
The survey also finds that 90% of jobseekers prefer to get support from a company ‘that understands the IT sector’, with 75% stating that they do not believe people working outside the industry understand it.
