Wed, 30 May 2012
A new call centre will employ 700 people in a new Greeley, Colorado call centre operated by digital, software and business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Xerox.

The reports across various media outlets say it will be employing 350 people on a permanent basis, with the other half of the workforce being temporary workers.
The new facility should be up and running in July, with the new jobs due to be recruited for by the end of the year.

Greeley mayor Tom Norton welcomed the jobs in a town that currently has 9.1% unemployment, higher than the national average of 8.1%, and the state average of 7.8%.
