Restaurant chain Nando’s US operation, Nando’s Peri Peri, will use HR technology firm PeopleMatter’s talent management solution.

This will replace the paper applicant tracking system and onboarding processes currently used.

Nando’s has locations in 34 countries, with its first US location, Washington DC, opening for business four years ago. It now has seven US outlets.

The company’s HR director Rachael Elstad says: “Nando's has a strong culture based on individuality and enjoying what you do that helps us attract brilliant people to make it all possible.
