Procurement, supply chain and operational excellence executive search firm Proco Global Group has appointed Matt Hill to the newly created role of Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific.

He takes responsibility for the direction and strategy of Proco across the region, with particular focus on new locations in Australia, China, Japan and Singapore in the next 18 months.

Hill was previously the managing director of search firm Ambition’s Hong Kong operation, and before this held the role of director with financial recruiter Witan Jardine.
