Leadership advisory firm, Heidrick & Struggles International, provider of executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, has appointed Chris Pierce-Cooke as partner, leadership consulting.

He will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Pierce-Cooke will be responsible for helping build the leadership consulting business globally, focusing on strategic business development, consultant recruiting and supporting the firm's larger leadership consulting growth strategy.

Pierce-Cooke joins Heidrick & Struggles from Alexander & Ross, a boutique search firm specialising in leadership and organisational consulting searches, where he was managing partner.
