Integrate, the managed service brand of engineering and technical recruiter Jonathan Lee Recruitment, has been chosen as master vendor for permanent and contract recruitment at the four Midlands sites of the engineering arm of motor maker Tata Motors, Tata Motors European Technical Centre (TMETC).

Jayne Wogan, head of Integrate managed services, calls the offering a “complete, end-to-end, managed service”, saying that it will be “freeing the in-house HR team to focus on strategic activities that drive the business forward”.

James Billingham, purchase and business process manager of TMETC, says: “Competition is strong in the global automotive market and so gaining an advantage through attracting and retaining the best talent in both technical and business functions can prove essential in securing the future success of a business and in establishing a brand as a market leader.”
