Multi-sector recruiter Stafforce has been working with Sheffield City Council and Jobcentre Plus to get newly unemployed people in the admin, business and finance sectors get back into work quickly.

An initial group of 43 unemployed people have been identified, with the aim of getting them back into permanent work within 18 months.

Stafforce director of services Paul Brammer has worked closely with the project, and says: “This is an example of private and public sector organisations with common aims adopting a flexible approach to work efficiently at helping individuals and local markets.”
