Multi-sector recruiter Rullion Group has agreed a £35m working capital facility with RBS Invoice Finance.

The deal supports the day-to-day operation of the firm and gives “headroom” for future growth plans, including diversifying into new business areas, according to Andy Pickford, corporate development director at the financier.

RBS’s corporate and institutional banking team already handles Rullion’s day-to-day business banking accounts.

Rullion employs 260 staff across 25 UK offices, headquartered in Altrincham, Cheshire and has on average more than 5,000 temporary workers at any one time.
