Contracts/Deals: Raw Talent Academy brings new talent to abrs
Wed, 30 May 2012
Raw Talent Academy, founded by former winner of TV’s The Apprentice Lee McQueen, is to search for new talent for the Henley and London offices of future media, technology and marketing recruiter abrs.
At least eight trainee recruitment consultants will be hired through the deal, with Raw Talent aiming to bring around 30 of its top candidates to the audition day on 5 July.
The application process, in common with Raw Talent’s methods, will see an ‘audition process’ in which applicants take part in business tasks and team building challenges.
Following the recruitment process, successful candidates will continue to receive training for three months from Raw Talent.
McQueen says: “The Raw Talent Academy process allows abrs to get a feel for their employees by seeing how they operate in a number of tasks rather than words on a CV. The tasks are all geared towards abrs and the work they do, meaning they get the best possible snapshot of how an employee could work in their organisation.”
