Northern Irish HR firm Whitewater Consulting has been merged into HR services firm Penna Ireland.

Whitewater, which operates in Ireland and beyond, will now trade under the Penna name.

Terry Denny, managing director at Whitewater, says: “I believe that the merger is very timely as we begin to see a gradual upturn in the UK and Irish economies.”

Denny and fellow directors Sharon Douglas and John Mackel will lead on the delivery of the leadership and assessment solutions in Penna Ireland.
