Executive search and talent consultancy Wickland Westcott has appointed Elizabeth Usher as search consultant and Jessica Coetzee as graduate administrator in its London office.

Usher has most recently held various director roles in third sector organisations, having previously worked with recruitment communications firm TMP Worldwide.

Following the successful completion of a 12-month graduate programme at the firm, Coetzee has the prospect of becoming a consultant. Her appointment follows the promotion of Matt Rand, a graduate programme veteran, to talent consultant.
