Alison Humphries has been appointed to lead the new internal training division of manufacturing and engineering recruiter JAM Recruitment.

Humphries will work with the firm’s internal recruitment team to develop the firm’s workforce.

She has nearly 30 years’ recruitment experience, having previously served at director level with a variety of recruiters including Barkers, Norman Broadbent, Hays, Robert Half International, as well as HR services firm Penna. For the past 10 years she was also the director of training and coaching firm Amelius Consulting.
