Jobs board Oil and Gas Job Search has released results for the half-year to February 2012, showing £1.9m sales, a 53% increase on the same period in the previous year.

Managing director Duncan Freer says: “Our recent success demonstrates our growing reputation in global markets. It also shows an industry brimming with confidence despite widespread concerns over the economy.”

So far in 2012, the company has exhibited in Perth, Australia, and during the rest of 2012 will turn its attentions to conferences and events in the UK, Canada, Norway, Singapore and the UAE.
