LinkedIn launches Talent Pipeline

Professional social network LinkedIn has launched Talent Pipeline for its corporate recruiting customers, allowing them to manage all talent leads in one place.
The new product will be included as a free part of its existing Recruiter product.
Jim Schnyder, senior recruitment lead at PepsiCo, says: “In Talent Pipeline, we now have a centralised system in which we can create talent pools – based on LinkedIn searches, but also from other sources that we upload to the Recruiter platform, such as our own spreadsheets, random files, and more – that are globally accessible, searchable and editable.”
According to a LinkedIn survey of over 350 senior HR and talent acquisition leaders in the US, 61% of companies will increase their focus on recruiting passive candidates this year, with 92% already counting it as part of their strategy.
