INTERNATIONAL: Two-thirds of global workforce ready for job change

Less than half (44%) of the global workforce feels valued by their employer, with 66% intending to look for a new job in the next year.

This is according to the Global Workforce Index, an annual survey from services firm Kelly Services of nearly 170,000 people across 30 countries.
The results also reveal that workers in the EMEA [Europe, Middle East and Africa] region are the most unsettled, with 43% frequently thinking about quitting their jobs, higher than in the Asia Pacific (39%) and Americas (28%) regions.
