Online and digital recruitment solutions firms AllTheTopBananas.com and HotLizard have formed a strategic alliance.

According to a statement on Hot Lizard’s website, it “will result in a truly integrated approach to the use of mobile apps within online recruitment”.

AllTheTopBananas launched its first app in 2008, while its new partner has 12 years’ experience in recruitment solutions.

Ray McKeating, business development manager at HotLizard, says: “The use of mobile in recruitment has evolved dramatically in recent times; a demand that is becoming increasingly reflected in the needs of HotLizard’s customers.

“A recent survey by Reconverse.com discovered that 84% of people think that job organisations should have a website made specifically for mobile.”
