Suggestions that the UK’s oil & gas recruitment industry may be ripe for consolidation have emerged, with reports that buyers are being sought for Air Energi and NES Global Talent.

The Daily Telegraph today reported [16 April 2012] that Palatine Private Equity has hired advisers from Deloitte to seek a buyer for Air Energi. The newspaper quoted banking sources in reporting that Graphite Capital had asked bankers from Baird to re-ignite the sale process for NES.

It reported further that Fircroft Engineering Services was “on the verge” of selling a minority stake to an outside investor.
