Leicester-based recruiter Barker Ross Group has restructured, creating nine dedicated divisions of its business as it aims for £58m turnover by 2015 – more than double its current £22m total.
The firm’s divisions are: agriculture, civil engineering, construction, energy, food, housing, industrial, logistics and waste, sourcing and supplying a mixture of temporary, contract and permanent workers.
Founder and managing director Paul Ross says: “This restructure is really just a logical extension of what we have doing all along; it gives our consultants a clear focus in one area of business. This focus will mean, they will know exactly what is going on in their sector and be able to really contribute to our clients’ profitability.”
The restructure includes a new website and office and communications redesign.
Barker Ross started in 1988. The group also includes Cardea, a recruitment business serving the health and social care sectors.
