Investment bank Goldman Sachs will make its Salt Lake City, Utah office its fourth-largest globally by hiring 300 new people by the end of 2012, reports The Salt Lake Tribune.

Investment bank Goldman Sachs will make its Salt Lake City, Utah office its fourth-largest globally by hiring 300 new people by the end of 2012, reports The Salt Lake Tribune.
This would bring the firm’s workforce in the city to 1,600, according to a staff member speaking to the paper.According to the Tribune, the company has been offered “multimillion-dollar tax-break deals with the state [Utah] in 2007 and 2009”.
The firm over 30,000 people worldwide.
