Interim management solutions provider Alium Partners has formed an alliance with interim provider Catalyst Sweden.

The partnership provides Alium with an “on-the-ground platform in Scandinavia”, according to a statement from the firm, and also access to Catalyst’s 3,000-strong pool of talent in the region, and allows Catalyst to expand in the UK and further afield through access to Alium’s contacts and expertise.

Alium chief executive Mike Hollin says: “Clients are increasingly demanding global experience from interim candidates, so it is vital that providers such as us operate internationally in order to meet this need.”

Johan Tysklind, Catalyst’s managing partner, adds: “We see great opportunities to serve Catalyst’s clients even better internationally and for Catalyst to contribute to Alium by increasing its presence in our market too.”
