With recruiter Robert Half’s 2012 Salary Guides suggesting that finance and IT jobs should dominate the jobs market in 2012, the firm has released a list of ‘high-potential’ jobs for the year.

The jobs, with average base/starting salaries, are:

1)     Mobile applications developers (£31k-£55.5k)
2)      Regulatory specialists (£78,750-£95k)
3)      Newly qualified accountants (£30k-£48k)
4)      IT project managers (£36,250-£71k)
5)      Executive assistants (£28,250-£41.5k)
6)      Financial reporting analysts (£55,250-£66k)
7)      Marketing assistants (£18k-£22.5k)
8)      Management accountants (£34.5k-£56.5k)
9)      HR business partners (£35k-£60k)
10)    c# / java developers (£31,750-£58.5k)
11)    Credit controllers (£18k-£30,250)
12)    Network engineers (£33k-£46.5k)
