Entry-level recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm GradWeb has been appointed to provide recruitment services for the UK rail industry’s new ’Track and Train’ internship scheme.

The 18-month paid internships will accept up to 100 graduates from April and are funded by National Rail with support for 27 companies across the rail industry.

Ben Jackson, commercial director at GradWeb, says: “It’s rare to get an opportunity to bring so many diverse stakeholders together from an entire industry, and to really immerse ourselves in the challenges and opportunities that each company within that sector faces.

“This scheme is nationally important, and provides an opportunity for recent graduates to gain experience in an industry that recognises that the development of future talent is essential for the UK.”
