Two former solicitors have launched CapeClarke, a legal recruitment consultancy that will recruit into roles across the North of England.

Terry Cape trained and qualified at corporate lawyers, Addleshaw Goddard, working as a commercial property lawyer for two years before moving into the legal recruitment sector in 2009.

Chris Clarke completed his legal training at commercial law firm Walker Morris where he worked for two years, making the move to legal recruitment two years ago, with niche legal recruiter Florit Brooke.

Cape says: “We have established our own firm as we wanted to have the creative freedom to run the business our own way with a real focus on the needs and wants of clients and candidates.”
