Never come across racist practices
In response to your story ‘Racist recruitment practices exposed by BBC undercover investigation’ (recruiter.co.uk, 15 January), I have worked in
this industry for over eight years and never has a client asked me to send only white applicants.
So 25 out of 30 recruiters agreeing to send only white applicants to me seems a very false allegation!

I dont think you have read the question properly...
You refer in your response to the client (demand) side of the recruitment sales process in that you say you have not been asked in your eight years by a client .......
However the fact from the question appears to be based around the supply side (You and your fellow colleagues) and how many of you would act at the discriminatry level to fulfill the needs of your client if they did ask. Would you or your colleagues if asked supply on such terms.... ???
