More turnover and offices for blue collar recruiter Encore

Recruiter Fast 50 firm Encore Personnel Services has announced that its 2011 turnover was up 11% on the year before at £24.9m, with the firm looking ahead to new sites this year.

The Fast 50 showed the specialist blue-collar industrial recruitment firm’s average revenue growth over the three years to 2010 at 13.93%, placing it 35^th. It was among a rising number of blue collar industrial recruiters to make the list.

A spokesperson for the firm tells Recruiter it will be scouting out sites with a view to opening new offices in 2012, adding that it prefers to find the personnel first and then a suitable location.

In 2010, the firm opened new offices in Birmingham and Slough. It also entered the renewable energy and senior appointments markets.

Encore now employs over 100 staff and has just celebrated its 10^th anniversary.
