Graduates up as law firm simplifies recruitment

Simplifying the recruitment process has helped law firm Browne Jacobson improve the quality and quantity of its graduate intake, according to the firm’s HR manager.

Appointments: Chadwick Nott

Legal recruiter Chadwick Nott has hired two new consultants.Wendy Bampton joins the firm’s London private practice team from Michael Page, while Brian Littleton will lead the in-house team having left Hughes-Castell.Director Charles Elderton says: “Wendy and Brian are both highly professional, able and respected legal recruiters. They further add to the depth of knowledge and service we offer our customers.”

Finance, legal and education recruiter Sellick Partnership has appointed consultant Kate Wilson to Sellick Partnership Legal at its Manchester head office.Meanwhile, Mary Melber joins Sellick Partnership Leeds as consultant, while Tim Platt is recruited as consultant at Sellick Partnership Midlands and Ben Tootell has also been appointed as consultant at Sellick Partnership Chester.
