All candidates on the site need to confirm their availability every 60 days to stay live.

Candidates benefit from their profile on the site becoming their own free online CV to which they can link and use when applying for positions anywhere on the net. A special link means they can give recruiters free access to their profile, CV and employment documents.

An advanced candidate management system is available to all recruiters. According to the company, Oil and Gas People’s model can see recruiters filling positions for as little as £25.
