JSA introduces new CRM system

Accountancy-based service provider JSA has partnered with software specialists Digiterre to develop a state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve its customer services.

JSA says the CRM is the final state in the company’s plan to deliver a completely customer-centric and fully integrated service model. Now all of the company’s systems — finance, payroll and CRM — will be able to ‘talk’ to each other with streamlining effects, according to a JSA statement.

The CRM’s implementation has enabled JSA to upgrade their current customer portals and accounting systems with the aim of offering customers more efficient and accurate timesheet and expenses submission, automated invoicing and 24-hour support from JSA.
