Increase in accountancy contractors expecting financial institutions to create jobs
There has been a dramatic rise in the number of accountancy contractors expecting financial institutions to create more jobs over the next year, according to new research from giant group.
The research reveals the number of accountancy contractors expecting investment banks and fund managers to provide the most job opportunities over the next year was 18%, compared to 15.7% in Q3 2009.
Conversely, the proportion of accountancy contactors expecting the public sector to create the most jobs over the next 12 months fell by a third, from 39.5% in Q3 2009 to 26.5% in Q1 2010.
