If you can't stand the heat...
In recent months, SmallTalk has introduced you to teambuilding with horses, management appraisal when driving and behavioural characteristics around animals. Now the latest technique is Teppanyaki teambuilding. What’s all that about then? According to the firm Culinary Teambuilding, the art of traditional Japanese Teppanyaki “is a popular cooking style with a real wow factor. This unusual teambuilding event will encourage people to work together to create their own Japanese cuisine, cooking over an iron griddle of blazing flames and tossing food in the air”. Apparently, the company enthuses, “it stimulates group participation and hopefully there’ll be something tasty to share at the end of it, too”. Keep those fire extinguishers handy!
