One in three service sector firms in London will increase headcount over the next year, according to new research from recruitment and training consultancy Gordon Yates.

Renaissance London Chancery Court Hotel has appointed Amanda Williams as human resources manager. Williams was previously HR team leader at London Marriott Maida Vale and London Marriott Regents Park, and HR manager at Waltham Abbey Marriott. She will also take on the role of acting director of human resources as maternity cover for HR director Nicola Riley from May.
