Graduate Success and Bright Futures Society merge to create Bright Futures Resourcing
Graduate Success and the Bright Futures Society have come together to form Bright Futures Resourcing.
The new organisation will work with organisations to spot graduate talent and develop that talent through their time at university to prepare them when they enter the world of work.
Simon Reichwald, managing director of Bright Futures Resourcing, says: “More and more organisations in the UK want and need graduate talent, but want that talent to be ‘oven-ready’ i.e. with the skills they need for the world of work. But companies say universities should do this and universities say companies should be more involved.”
