Frank Sweeney joins NES

Rail recruiter NES Track, part of the NES Group, has appointed Frank Sweeney as operations manager for its Glasgow-based operation. 

Andrew Rowlands, NES Track managing director, says: “UK expansion and the development of our national infrastructure will enable us to provide the discipline specific service that we have become renowned for across the UK.”

Paul Fleming has been appointed to head up the Midlands and Wales region.
