FindingPotential aims to help employers recruit engaged employees
Assessment company FindingPotential has launched a free psychometric questionnaire aimed at helping firms recruit only those candidates who will be highly engaged in their job.
Engage, the 10-minute online questionnaire, provides a feedback report on the importance to the individual of 14 aspects of work that underpin employee engagement and commitment.
Ron Eldridge, managing director of FindingPotential, says: “Different people want different things from their work. Some want reward, recognition and career progression, others want independence,
personal growth and work-life balance. This is an entirely free questionnaire which tells you what will make each candidate feel engaged and committed at work.
