94TECH strengthens board of directors to support growth

Specialist search and selection firm 94TECH is strengthening its board of directors to “increase capability and prepare the organisation for its next stage of growth”, a company statement has revealed.

94TECH serves the software development sector, operating across the UK, Europe and the US.

Under the changes, Ed Stevens moves from CEO into the role of chairman. 

Other moves include:

  • Paul Beeke joins the board as strategic adviser
  • Glen Tovee becomes managing director
  • Alex Austrums joins the board as director of UK practice
  • Alex Okla joins the board as director and co-head of European practice
  • Frazer Ashman joins the board as director of US practice
  • Michael Mooney joins the board as director and co-head of European practice
  • Incumbent Thomas Clarke will remain as finance director.

The firm works with clients across professional services, financial services and commerce & industry. Client services cover permanent service, retained service, and contract and interim solutions.
