Executive search: Promotions at Pinton Forrest & Madden

Canadian executive search firm Pinton Forrest & Madden has made a number of promotions.

Shaun Carpenter, Shelina Esmail and Allison Rzen have been promoted to associate partners. Esther McGregor is now senior search consultant.

Carpenter is an experienced HR leader in the health insurance industry. Esmail was initially hired as a research director, and quickly moved into search consulting, leading executive searches across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Rzen works with large selection committees and boards. McGregor has 10 years’ executive search experience, nearly five with Pinton Forrest & Madden.
