Executive search appointments

Global executive search firm CTPartners has appointed Wes Richards as partner in the Redwood City, California, US office.

With more than 14 years’ executive search experience, Richards has recruited for CEO, board directors, CFO, CIOs and other executive-level positions across the technology sector, and for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Wes joins CTPartners from Korn/Ferry International where he was a senior client partnerand head of its Redwood City office.

Elsewhere in executive search, Gerry Roche has retired from the board of directors at Heidrick & Struggles International.

Jane D Hartley has been newly appointed to the board. Hartley is chief executive and co-founder of the Observatory Group, an economic and political consultancy.

Before co-founding Observatory Group, Hartley was CEO of the G7 Group, a political and economic research and advisory firm.
