Author-management consultant and former Red Arrow pilot Justin Hughes of Mission Excellence will be the keynote speaker at Recruiter’s ‘Executive Briefing: Inspiring an innovation culture' next Wednesday (5 October).

Hughes, whose book The Business of Excellence: Building high-performance teams and organisations has just been published, will explore the drivers of high performance teams and organisations, drawing on examples from business, sport, the military and his own personal experience as a fighter pilot and member of the Red Arrows.

Also featured in the morning Executive Briefing will be panels of leading in-house and agency recruiters from organisations including Auto Trader UK, Clinical Professionals, Goodman Masson, GroupM, Jagex Games Studio (creators of the RuneScape game), Lockheed Martin, Nicoll Curtin and NonStop Recruitment. They will reveal the roles that innovation plays in their organisation for the benefit of employees, candidates and clients alike.

Sponsors HiredByMe and Northstar will offer insight into exciting methods and tools of innovation at the London event, being held in the City.

“We’re very excited about this one-of-a-kind event that focuses on one of the most talked-about but misunderstood concepts in business today – innovation. It will be a revelatory morning,” said Recruiter editor DeeDee Doke.
