EGS agrees NHS Brent contract

Business process outsourcing service EGS has secured a contract with primary care trust NHS Brent.

EGS will provide operational procurement to NHS Brent and its community service, take care of day-to-day sourcing of goods and services from suppliers, catalogue and content management, and provide consultancy in the areas of procurement strategy, OJEU tendering, collaboration and commissioning.

Jonathan Wise, director of finance & performance at NHS Brent, says: “We selected EGS as we were attracted by their knowledge, experience and desire to help us to deliver a flagship service within the NHS.”
