Software provider DaXtra Technologies has completed its integration with multi-poster idibu. The integration will see a version of DaXtra availablefor subscription that includes a full embedding of the idibu multi-posting engine.

CTPartners buys Board firm
International executive search firm CTPartners has launched CTPartners Board Consultants following the acquisition of Kenny Kindler Board Consultants. The integration has meant that Roger Kenny, former president of Kenny Kindler Board Consultants, joins as vice chairman and heads up CTPartners Board Consultants. Peter Kindler joins as partner and Glynn Kenny as director of the new CTPartners division.

Wolviston grows business
Stockton-on-Tees-based technical and commercial recruiter Wolviston Group has acquired two businesses as part of an aggressive growth strategy. The recruiter has bought Manning Recruitment Services and TJ Hazel Engineering.
