Capita buys CHKS
Capita has bought healthcare information and quality improvement firm CHKS from Healthcare Knowledge International for £11.6m.

Top-up by Venture Finance
Invoice finance and assetbased lender Venture Finance has provided Hounslow-based temporary ‘top-up’ labour provider Top-Up Solutions with a factoring facility. The whole deal was completed within six days.

CPH wins Advantage deal
Recruitment outsourcing firm, CPH Consulting, has won a one-year contract with niche management consultancy, Commercial Advantage. The contract, based on CPH’s ‘On Demand’ service, caters for the needs of small, start-up and emerging businesses with relatively low volumes
of hires, but needing specialist support across the recruitment lifecycle.

Tempaid links with Ztravelex
Software solutions firm Oxford Software and payroll provider Zeel Solutions have agreed a new contract. The contract will see Oxford Software’s pay and bill solution Tempaid integrated into Zeel Solution’s Ztravelex — its purpose-built recruitment travel and subsistence solution.

TechConsult gets on the list
Engineering and construction recruiter TechConsult UK has been promoted to Wood Group Engineering’s preferred supplier list (PSL). The deal
comes following a series of placements, including electrical and instrumentation personnel, and offshore telecoms and electrical specialists on the North Sea platforms.
