Social work job board Care Appointments has entered into an agreement with job search engine 1Job to duplicate all jobs posted from its website careappointments.co.uk to 1job.co.uk.

A new long-term contract has been agreed between recruitment outsourcing firm CPH Consulting and management consulting and business services group, Mouchel.

Multi-sector recruiter Harvey Nash has expanded its global executive search and leadership services operations into Poland with the purchase of Fila & Myszel Associates (FMA). The newly combined business will serve existing and new clients in Poland.

Bulgarian co-operation

The Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) and the Bulgarian Chief Labour Inspectorate have agreed to co-operate to monitor and regulate labour companies providing seasonal workers for the UK. The agreement follows incidents looked into by the GLA last year when Bulgarian agriculture seasonal workers claimed they were victims of exploitation in the UK.

Pulse supplier

Healthcare recruiter Pulse has won a place on the national framework agreement to supply temporary allied health professionals (AHP) and health science service (HSS) staff to all NHS bodies within the UK. The contract gives access to the £96m AHP/HSS market and will run for three years, with a possible 12-month extension.
