Darwin’s Aon win
International financial services and insurance recruiter Darwin Rhodes has won a contract to supply staff to Aon in Dublin. The company
will be responsible for recruiting around 100 senior insurance specialist to Aon’s new Centre of Excellence.

AXA chooses Capita
Capita has been selected to become the strategic outsourcing partner of AXA Sun Life. The contract to administer 3.2m life and
pension policies is anticipated to be worth around £500m over 15 years.

Indian site for Viadeo
Business networking site Viadeo has acquired ApnaCircle.com, a business networking site in India. ApnaCircle has a current membership of 350,000 from all over India. Viadeo hopes to get this number to 1m by the end of 2009.

A La Carte links
Rec-to-rec firm A La Carte Search and Selection is forging links with recruiters in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector to grow its business in these sectors. Hertfordshirebased A La Carte is now dealing with four search firms in this space and five contingency recruiters.

Concept IT buys Alan Morris
Midlands-based Concept IT has acquired Alan Morris Recruitment, Wimbledon, in a deal structured by recruitment trainer and intrepreneur John O’Sullivan.

Financial services recruiter Ardent Search & Selection has launched a web-based video service using software supplied by Talent on View.
