CTPartners buys Kenny Kindler Board Consultants

International executive search firm CTPartners has launched CTPartners Board Consultants with the acquisition of Kenny Kindler Board Consultants.

Roger Kenny, former president of Kenny Kindler Board Consultants, joins as vice chairman and heads up CTPartners Board Consultants. Peter Kindler joins as partner and Glynn Kenny as director of the new CTPartners division.

Despite having a broad track record in global board assignment, chief executive Brian Sullivan told Recruiter: “CTPartners Board Consultants concentrates the company’s efforts and provides a dedicated international service for board director recruitment, board assessment and advisory services, and succession planning.”

Sullivan adds: “I have known Roger personally for many years and CTPartners’ new offering takes the best of Kenny Kindler and improves our board capability globally.”
