Contracts: HCL completes Redwood acquisition

Following Healthcare Locum’s (HCL) general meeting of 2 August, the healthcare recruiter has announced that the acquisition of the Redwood Health business has been completed.

HCL has also appointed Lloyds Banking Group as its sole banking partner.
